Shipping policy

All Fig & Gold pieces under $5000 ship via USPS Priority Mail with full insurance and signature confirmation required. We process orders within 3-5 business days and send a tracking number as soon as your piece is on its way. We ship within the continental United States only.

Shipping is a flat rate based on the value of your piece:

• Pieces under $3,000: $35
• Pieces $3,000–$5,000: $50

For pieces valued over $5,000, we ship via FedEx or UPS with full declared value coverage. Contact us directly about any piece that costs $5000+ and we'll calculate actual shipping cost. Once you approve the final price including shipping, an invoice will be sent through Shopify for the final purchase to be made.

Signature confirmation is required on all shipments, no exceptions. This protects you as much as it protects us.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address, and because all sales are final, we're unable to issue refunds for address errors.
